Hi @AkshayfromFaux,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure to set correct file permissions on your WordPress files as described in the following pages and also contact your web host to know whether it enforces any restrictions.

Alternatively, you can edit that by accessing your site using FTP or cPanel file manager.
Best regards,

Hi.
I have gone through the Article (http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/) and edited the File and Folder permissions according to the given article using FileZilla.
Since I am not a technical person, I have followed step by step. Also, I consulted with GoDaddy. They are the hosting providers for http://www.hairtransplantnepal.com (my website). And they say there is no permission problem from their end.
Can you please check the theme for this problem? I can pass you the credentials.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
It doesn’t seem the theme issue but to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site and check whether it works fine.
