    Hi there.
I’ve quite bad issue with captions under photos on my website using Gilion 4.11, it’s updated to newest version. The problem appears in all galleries or image carousels – even in posts made year or two ago and it started to be issue few days or weeks ago.

If you enter my website (link in private field) on PC everything looks cool and as it should look like. But using mobile (phone) there’s no caption under images. This is made using normal image carousel, not using any kind of addon, just normal Elementor. But even without it there are NO CAPTIONS on mobile.

    1. Did I tried to flush cache and diasable all addons? Yes.
    2. Are additional fields such as alt/title/caption filled in? Yes.
    3. Did I tried to contact Elementor? Yes.

So, first of all I asked Elementor about this issue. They said I should disable some stuff in their cache options, then disable all of addons and see if problem still exists. So, website started to look like bare bone and well, problem is still there.
If this is not the issue of Elementor it might be the problem of theme, as we had update to 4.11 few weeks ago.

Problem is quite “hard” as many users are using mobile version (~70%) on my website and by lack of captions they lose context in the articles. It looks like mobile version issue, not the addons or Elementor. Of course the mobile version is showing just one photo from the gallery, first one, and using PC you can see more of them. But still, in Elementor I can see the captions for mobile version, but using the phone, they are gone. Any ideas?

Looks like captions are gone not just on mobile, but on all browsers different than Chrome 0_o

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the issue.

We’ve inspected your website, but we’re a bit unclear on the exact behavior you’re experiencing. Could you please provide some screenshots showing how the captions appear when they are working correctly and when they are not displaying, particularly on mobile devices? This will help us better understand the issue and assist you more effectively.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound Team
