    Hi,

     

    I have purchased your theme and install it on my website hosting, this is the website URL: http://mamc.ae/

     

    The landing page https://mamc.ae/become-entrepreneur/ has an issue when it comes to making a form of submission. What happens at the moment is that when the user fills the form and submits, the page reloads to the same URL. This is causing an issue in conversion tracking for our marketing campaigns.

     

    There are two ways to fix this:

    1. Stop the page from reloading. This way we can track the conversion using Event Tracking.
    2. Reload the page but take the user to a thank you page which has a different URL from the original landing page URL. This way we can track the conversion using a Destination tracking.

    Would you be able to implement

    You can achieve this using contact form 7 plugin and its form as described in the below topic.

    but with Contact form 7, Email is not sending

    Please make sure that you have configured the Contact form 7 plugin settings correctly as described in the below pages.

    Yes I have configured the Contact Form 7 plugin settings correctly, but the email is not sending via cf7, can you please check it, its really important for us. if you want I can provide you with the WordPress dashboard access from there you can check that the settings are fine, but email sending function is not working.

    Do you get an email sent by Check Email plugin or any other email from your site such as a comment or user registration email?

    Contact form 7 does not have any issue, The issue is in theme, I cannot send any email from WP Mail Setting, but with the contact form which was giving in the theme is working with SMTP settings

    The Unyson contact form that you are using on your site does not provide this functionality, therefore, you have to either develop custom code to achieve this or use any other contact form plugin.
