Certain icons show up when I add them but when I refresh the page they disappear. I included a sample page below – I chose the gift icon and it doesn’t show up but the other icons do.

Could you please temporarily deactivate the siteground optimizer cache plugin that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme below.

Shufflehound teamI just deactivated it and… the icons show up again. So it seems the plugin is causing a ton of problems!

well no the issue isn’t resolved because I need the SG plugin 🙂 can we trouble shoot to see how I can use the plugin AND the icons show up?
Then please try clearing or purging the cache of SG plugin as described below or contact the plugin support to do it.
