I have asked this question three times but yet to get a suitable answer perhaps you don’t understand the question.
I am using Gillion theme which has 15 templates within it,
currently, I am using “clean template” but have discovered its not to my taste, now I want to use another template ‘lifestyle”
- How can this be achieved

Just import the lifestyle demo content on your site and edit its content as described in the below page.

No, you won’t lose it if you use the new One Click Demo Install method from Appearance > Import Demo Data
