I would like to change twitter’s icon from the old one (bird) to the new one (X).
Can you provide guidelines as to where the changes need to me made?

Digging up an old question, since the theme is still using the old logo of Twitter.
Inside single post, left of title there is a column which displays the sharing options. In this column I want to change the old twitter logo (bird) with the new one (X). Also, at the end I would like to add an icon for printing. Can you please provide some guidance on these matters?

Thank you for the details! We do plan to update the social icons in a future theme release, so the Twitter logo will be replaced with the new “X” version – although we can’t give an exact timeline yet.
Regarding the print icon, the theme doesn’t currently include that functionality. You could use a plugin such as Print, PDF & Email by PrintFriendly to easily add a print button to your posts.

I would like to avoid the use of extra plugins when it comes to adding a couple of lines of code.
Can you point me on where to look in order to place a printing icon at the bottom of the social sidebar inside a post?
