Hi
It seems that when I make changes they take a while to become effective.
Here’s an example (see attached screen-shot):
(1) I’ve published a change to the Footer.
(2) The footer background color selected is black (not a shade of grey).
(3) Notice the footer stays grey as it does when I refresh the actual page (even with <Ctrl> down).
I bet in an hour or so, if I refresh again, the change will have been applied.
Very strange. Any ideas on what to do?
Thanks.
PS: I have added the wp-admin credentials to the private info if you want to login to see what I do.
Hi @NewEyeCo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on your shared site and it’s working fine for me.
Maybe it is browser specific issue so could you please try using a different browser?
Best regards,

Hi
Using another browser does improve one factor shown in point (3) of the attached screen-shot but not the other two issues I see.
I am switching between Chrome, FF and Edge.
Chrome and FF do the exact same thing whereas Edge does update (2) with the changed logo shown in (3).
However (a) I am unable to change the footer background color – see (1) in the screen-shot. Plus (b) I am unable to make the page “Full-screen stretched” – I see the “White” side-bars no matter what I do – see (4).
This is driving me nuts, so any help will be appreciated. You have my admin credentials in “Private”.
Thanks.
Solution for this topic
I made the changes in your site theme settings as displayed in the attached screenshot and it started working fine.
Could you please confirm it?
Ahhh! My mistake. I changed the footer background and not “Copyright background”. Many thanks also for changing the page width 🙂
You are most welcome here 🙂
