Here is the problem. Comment box is not showing on some posts, however, everything is checked. I am using DISQUS and I thought it was their issue, so I uninstalled it and to my surprise, even the default WordPress comment box isn’t showing.

The interesting thing is that it is showing on one post but not on rest. What is going on?

Here is the post it is showing on: https://totalscam.com/learn-how-to-scam-scammers/

Here are the rest of the test posts it isn’t showing:

    https://totalscam.com/testing-another-post/

    https://totalscam.com/hello-world/

    What happened to this?

    Hi @borishar,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please disable the disqus on your site and make sure that you have enabled comments for those posts as described on the below pages.

    https://wordpress.org/support/article/comments-in-wordpress/#turning-on-comments-for-a-single-post-or-page

    https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/51-how-to-enable-or-disable-comments-for-page-in-wordpress

If it still doesn’t work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

As I said, I did disable disqus and even wordpress comments are NOT showing on any posts other than that one link.

    Admin log in for you:

    login: temp1

    password: net2phone4me

    https://totalscam.com/wp-admin/

Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be misused by others.

Please change the shared credentials ASAP.

If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.

I logged into your site and saw this is also happening with default WordPress Twenty Nineteen theme so it is not a theme issue but it seems your WordPress installation issue.

Please try reinstalling WordPress to resolve the issue.

WHAT??? This is public???? Are you guys out of your mind? This suppose to be TICKETS… Tickets in support are suppose to be private!! I have deleted the user .. are you saying it wasnt you guys who were logged in and doing something in the admin?

Reinstall WordPress? It’s blue host.. it comes preinstalled.

Why did you delete all my content? I had so much work done with the forms and they are all gone.

I restored it using my backups. So what is the issue with the comments?

This is a support topic/thread and not a ticket.

I have explicitly told you that share the details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.

I logged into your website but didn’t delete anything.

Regarding comments, I have told you that this is happening with default WordPress Twenty Nineteen theme so it is not a theme issue but it seems your WordPress installation issue.

Please try reinstalling WordPress to resolve the issue.

You are wrong. Your site says “CREATE A TICKET” Screenshot attached.

I REQUEST THAT YOUR SITE DELETES ALL MY SUPPORT TICKETS REQUESTS IMMEDIATELY OR MAKES THEM PRIVATE.

Yes, it is written on the menu as a ticket to refer thread/topic because users easily understand it but this is a forum.

We don’t have an option to make the threads private but you can mark your reply as private as described above.

Could you please tell me why you want to delete them?
