    Hi,

    My contact form gives me a successful “Message Sent” message after I fill it out and send it. But the email does not get delivered. When I go into the contact form from the backend and run a test it does get delivered. Is there a way for me to troubleshoot this.

    I have tested it on your website and it is working fine for me.

     

    I am getting an email from the contact form.

     

    Please make sure that the email does not go into your SPAM folder.

    Are you testing it from the front end? It is not in the spam folder. I can get it to deliver from the backend but it didn’t show up in my spam or in my email.

    Yes, I tested it from your website frontend and temporarily changed your email address from the contact form settings.

     

    Could you please try using a different email ID in the contact form settings?
