Hi, I’m having issues while installing any plugin for the cookie law because it stops js of the slide and so on.
So I need to do it manually.
I’ve opened the header.php but I can’t find all the link to js script, css and so on.
Where can I find them?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
In WordPress the link to js script, css are not added in header.php file but added using the hook wp_enqueue_scripts
You can add it to your site by using any of the below solutions.

Thank you for your quick reply but I need to edit the script already added, in order to say which are the necessary cookies to unblock and so on.
Could you please tell me in which file did you add all the link to js jquery and so on?

Are you talking about the notice displayed by the theme Notice settings as shown in the attached screenshot?
If yes then you will find its code in the theme file /jevelin/inc/templates/notice.php
