    Hi Support,

    I noticed that when using the sidebar for customizing Jevelin 5.0.5 that it is transparent i.e. it shows some underlying screen. Hence, customization is not possible.

    I noticed that it the issue is related to WordPress 5.8.

    I downgraded to WP 5.7.2 and then the issue disappeared.

    Also, Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    I cannot share the URL because I am using Local (Flyweel).

    I use php version 7.4.1

    webserver nginx

    mysql 8.0.16

    I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    The issue is fixed in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
