I’ve tried the fixes in the threads and have been unable to install the shopping demo content. I’ve attached a screen shot of the error message.

Could you please tell me which fixes have you tried so that i can suggest you some more if you have missed?
Also would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

Just disabling plugins don’t help so please also try using solutions posted in the following topics?

The first fix was already in the files for me. The second did not work. Please help me. This is my third attempt at getting support on this issue and I love this theme. This is not my first time using it for a client.
I got the same error message.
I was troubleshooting the issue on your site but as i don’t have your site FTP details so i was making changes from wp editor which caused Internal server error on your site.
Could you please resolve it by resetting htaccess file as described on the following pages?

I just reset htaccess as the articles described and attached a file just in case.
Just to update you that we are working on the issue and will notify you here ASAP.
