Hi,
I cannot import any of the demo theme
“An error occurred while fetching file from: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_files/foodie/foodie_content.xml!
Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.”I have contacted my host provider and he told me the following:
“why would you allow a demo import from an external host?
this is a security risk
always upload a full template
besides it fails because they are not very stict on their https, if they do not have that fixed then I would not trust anything else there too
on top of that callback urls arent that save either”Can I import the demo theme in offline mode .

There isn’t a demo available to import in offline mode.
Our website is secured using SSL so there isn’t any security risk.
This can be due to your site or web server misconfiguration.
