    Hi, I’m using your template in the contact form pre-selected by you. (contact form 7) I have it configured as seen in the images, but when a user sends an email, the email arrives in my email completely empty without any information. Why is this happening? and how can I solve it?

    This is happening because you have configured it incorrectly.

     

    You can only use provided shortcodes as shown in the attached screenshot.
