i have some posts for example with some featured content and i would like to have a ribbon or a star, any kind of indicator to let subscribers know that these posts have some extra content inside.
is that possible, and if yes how would i do it?

OK i have some articles that will include a voice commentary (narration) and these narration will only be available in some of the articles.
so i need my user to be able to distinguish which articles have the narration with like an visible icon or ribbon or a star in the plog post thumbnail before opening it.
