    I’ve decided to use the WPbakery page builder header. Is there a way to freeze the top bar so that it stays in view when scrolling down?

    I visited your shared site and it is displaying fixed at the top when scrolling.

    The top bar includes my contact information. It goes away when scrolling down. Please let me know how I can freeze the top bar so my contact info remains when scrolling down.

    To make the topbar fixed in the customized header, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
