    Hello,

     

    I just bought theme today and installed it. Now installing required and optional plugins. I got this error:

     
    <div class=”wrap”>

    Downloading installation package from <span class=”code”>https://cdn.shufflehound.com/theme-plugins/yellow-pencil-AX5N33.zip</span>…

    Download failed. Service Unavailable

    </div>
    Plugin not activated. A higher version of Yellow Pencil Pro: Visual CSS Style Editor is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

     

    Also tried to import a ready theme but got this error:

     

    An error occurred while fetching file from: http://api.shufflehound.com/gillion/ocdi_files/tech/tech_content.xml!
    Reason: 503 – Service Unavailable.

     

    Are your servers are ok? Is it a temporary problem?

    Ok, i installed the Yellow Pencil plugin buy downloading it manually and uploaded/activated.

     

    But i can’t still one-click-import sample theme. Now i’m getting “Error: Internal Server Error (500)” after clicking “Yes, Import”.

     

    (Also tried manually importing xml file and same error)

    Ok, sorry for flooding but i did one-click-import (not all images or settings came but i complete missing settings/media files manually)

     

    Even so if you suggest some settings on server side or front-end settings about this importing action and error 500, i will appreciate cuz i will use this function later again.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

     

    It was a server related issue that we resolved.
