Header menu is moving when scrolling up and down. Why is it? Any idea how to disable it?

You can disable it by disabling sticky header option in the theme header settings as displayed in the attached screenshots.

I still want sticky header on.
My issue is when I am scrolling down the navigation text moves down as per my .gif attachment on my previous message.
Any idea how to disable it?
