Hello Shufflehound,
My header stopped showing after I deleted a number of plugins to increase the speed of my website.
I did a fresh install of the theme when nothing I tried worked.
In the new instance of the theme, I can see the header when I use the WordPress customize option.
When I visit the site outside the customizer, I only see a blank page.
I’ve attached screenshots to that effect.

Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

Yes. It is. Clearing the browser cache didn’t work so I ended up deleting the theme and re-installing it.
