Hi,
I recently imported your demo “Construction” (shown here https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/construction/)
Header in this demo really satisfies me, however, I can’t maintain it. None of the header options appers to be “on” in the theme header options (as shown on screenshot attached), and after you make any update, header resets to default (Header 1). I didn’t find how to re-create this menu by myself either, all presented options looks differently.
What should I do to get this type of menu with my info in it?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you are using below latest version of theme.
Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

http://php.net/supported-versions.phpThis can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

- I re-installed the theme via archive you provided, but it didn’t help. Well, it kinda changed something (Header 2 option was marked after all — but header wasn’t like in the demo! It was fullwidth and without topbar). And after I imported demo once again, header 2 option became unmarked again.
- Furthermore, even though I used your archive, I don’t have “Add New Header” option like on your screenshot.
- I am using the latest PHP version.
- The only plugins installed while testing were the ones either bundled with the theme or recommended by it.
The big problem behind is not the demo malfunction, it is the fact that I can’t make it look just like the demo myself! Topbar just doesn’t appear to work properly even when all the settings are on, and there is no menu option that looks this way. There is none of that presented on your “Elements” section on the theme site, either. I mean, Header 2 looks like that https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/header/second-header/. This cool-looking option is demo-only for some reason. Can you provide me with the instruction on how to make this type of header myself?
After further investigation, I came to a conclusion that “Header 2” option just doesn’t work at all in my case. It looks completely the same way “Header 1” does, which, I assume, should not be the case.
Come on guys, this is a completely clean setup without any additions: clean WP + clean Jevelin. Everything is up-to-date on the servar side, as well. It gotta be a problem with the theme build. It is really embarassing, certainly not the tyupe of experience I was expecting. Help me, please.

To troubleshoot the issue, Could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

I’ve changed layout to another one (corporate boxed), so please don’t be surprised. If you will make this type of menu work on current demo, it will be most appreciated.
I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme to the latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
