Where do I change the layout of the home page? Top with carousel, posts below etc???
I need see other options to my layout and make this attachments

You have to edit your site home page and edit its content elements to achieve this.

I understand, but I can not modify including a line (like the second one) where I have the instagram widget with 9 items on the side.
What would be the options to include this framework with the last IG post?
I am not sure what you are referring to “line (like the second one) “, “framework” & “IG post” so please describe it a bit more in detail by sharing their screenshots.

In your second reply screenshot, you are using WPBakery page builder and not Yellow Pencil editor.
As said above, your site home page is set as a blog page so the content on it is displayed dynamically and you can’t change it using page builder but you can try changing it using Yellow Pencil editor or developing custom code in the Gillion child theme.
