I want to add a sliding down animated icon, can you tell me how I add it to my homepage?

I am not sure which “sliding down animated icon” you are referring to so could you please describe it a bit more by sharing the screenshot or URL of the page where it is displaying?

It is a button added in the slider created using the slider revolution as described below.
