    As you can see, ‘show_facepile’ is switched off, but it is still visible.

    I visited your shared site but didn’t see facepile on it as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Could you please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?

    In Google Chrome browser I see facepile as in my attached screenshot, even after I cleared cache.

    In Firefox and Microsoft Edge it’s like your screenshot. What about grey squares in the place of facepile? Can I get rid of that?

    Solution for this topic

    You can remove that grey square by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

     

    .widget_facebook .sh-widget-facebook-item {
    min-height: 180px;
}

    Thanks for that.

    It works in other browsers, but in Chrome the facepile is still visible.

    I have tested it on Chrome and it doesn’t display for me.

     

    Could you please test it in the chrome browser private/incognito mode?

    There is no facepile in incognito mode.

    So, it’s probably because of the cache. But, I have cleared it several times.

    Never mind, let’s say this is resolved.
