    Hey,

     

    I can’t figure out how to make or edit this kind of post in blogs!

    All I can do is to make more blocks underneath the quote.

    You can just edit that post and change its content as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    Thanks, but that block does not exist and I can’t find any settings to show it either.

    So it turns out to be (another) of the problems with Gutenberg!

    I could confirm the issue on my test site that occurs when I use Gutenberg block editor therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Another issue: where do I set the color for hover on the quote? It is default now.

    There is not theme option to change hover color of quote but you can try changing this using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.
