Hi, I would like to update to the latest version of bootstrap which is 4.3.1 and the latest update of Jevelin uses old Bootstrap 3.3.7. I tried replacing the old bootstrap.min.css with an updated one and some parts of the site are styled a little differently and in many cases is not being styled properly.

Please advise how I can update Bootstrap to the latest version. Thank you.

    Hi @tristan,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You have to contact the bootstrap framework support and get information on what are the differences between the two versions and then make the necessary changes in the theme.

    Best regards,

Hi, Thanks for the response. So just to be clear, once I am aware of the differences between old Bootstrap and new Bootstrap, I would somehow have to add/change class names to the affected elements of the site with the use of PHP filters?

Or is there a different way to do it or am I completely wrong?

Yes, you have to make changes using filter or using a child theme.
