Hello,
we are using various Unyson elements that display icons on our website, but they don’t show up correctly in Google Chrome (see attached screenshot), but it works in all other browsers. In Chrome I only see little squares where the icons are supposed to be.
How can I fix that?
Best regards
Stefan
Hi Stefan,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems happening on your shared site because of using incorrect HTTPS which chrome browser doesn’t allow.
Could you please make sure you have configured it correctly or would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
Best regards,

Hi,
Thank you for your swift reply. Can you please be more specific about what exactly is incorrect HTTPS? I would forward the issue then to our internal IT who are administrating the server. They can check it out first.
Thank you
Stefan
I can see all the URLs on your site use HTTPS but not main domain as shown in the attached screenshot.
I am not sure exactly why this is happening so you have to troubleshoot it by referring the information provided in the following pages.

Thank you for that. I just checked that again on my end and in the Chrome Browser and now it works suddenly and the icons are showing correclty. I wonder if our IT made some changes in the meantime.
Yes I have just tested and it is also working fine for me.
