You have to extract that zip file and only have to install jevelin.zip file contained in it as shown in the attached screenshot.

I’ve followed your instructions, and now getting the following message. See attached.
You are getting that error because the Jevelin theme is already installed on your site.
Either delete existing theme and then install latest theme version or use the following plugin to update the theme.
