Been experiencing issues with the revolution slider version 6.7.41 having a flicker during the video slider. Reached out to Revolution Slider to see if they could fix it. They were unsuccessful but mentioned that I am running an older version of RevSlider. They suggested that I update the plug-in, as that could be the potential issue.
When I upgraded to the new version 7 it crashed my website and gave me the message “There has been a critical error on this website”.
Rebuilt the config file, then disabled and deleted the plugin which resolved the access and crash issue.
Reinstalled v6 and everything is working again but the flicker remains.
Will there be an update to Jevelin to have compatibility with Revolution Slider v7?
Could you share a link to the page where the flicker is visible? We can take a look and see what might be causing it.
Regarding Revolution Slider v7, Jevelin is not yet tested or fully compatible with that version, which is likely why it caused a crash. If you still have access to any PHP error logs from that attempt, they could help identify the issue and we might create a fix for that.
