    When I am editing the theme using WP Bakery there doesn’t seem to be any option to add a custom HTML block? so far this theme feels like a collosal waste of money and the support non existant

    Hello,

     

    I’m sorry again for the delayed response.

     

    WPBakery should include a Raw HTML element, which you can use to add custom HTML. When adding a new element, try using the search field and search for Raw HTML, as WPBakery has many available blocks and it can be easy to miss.
