Hi! Just as of today all the post images on our homepage are not showing up. We did not change anything on our site and HAVE updated the theme (to 1.5) and all plugins today to see if that could fix it. It did not. Please help! We have no idea what is going on. When I inspect the element there is no image URL in the image url line for the code. They were showing just fine yesterday.
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Do you see the images in the admin area image gallery of your site?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?

In our staging environment we did what you suggested and narrowed it down to being a plugin conflict with our banner advertising plugin WP PRO Advertising (https://codecanyon.net/item/wp-pro-advertising-system-all-in-one-ad-manager/269693). This is a very important plugin to us so is there any way you could see why your theme elements are conflicting with it? It appears as if any “Gillion Elements” in Visual Composer that use featured images as the images within the element when showing posts on the homepage do not show. The conflict between WP Pro advertising and the Gillion elements make it so the featured image URL doesn’t even pull into the code if you view page source. Any thoughts on how to fix? You can continue to view the issue on the URL in the private info area.
Not sure exactly why that plugin is conflicting with theme but as you are using Pro plugin then it should work with all themes and if not then the plugin developer should tell you the exact reason why it is not working so could you please contact the plugin developer to know the exact reason?
Ok. We have put in a ticket with the plugin developer as well. Hoping to get this resolved. If it can’t be resolved, do you have a banner ad plugin you KNOW works with the Gillion theme and “Gillion Elements” (in visual composer)? We just need a banner ad plugin that we can use to place ads and track impressions and click throughs.
We have not tested any banner ad plugin with the theme but you can try using any of the following plugins.
