Hey Guys.
Can you help me?
I recently purchased the theme, this is happening to my wpforms forms.
It’s only affecting mobile devices.
Desktop access to my site is totally fine.
While using a mobile browser, Safari/ Chrome etc, the entered text in dialogue boxes as per the attached screenshot is not displayed properly.
Is there a fix?
I’ve tried this CSS code
#page-container .wpforms-form input[type="email"], #page-container .wpforms-form input[type="text"] { line-height: 1 !important; }
that you posted in another similar post but it hasn’t worked as the placeholder text is fine, it’s the typed text that’s the problem.
Numbers are also fine, it’s just anything from A-Z that isn’t!!
I’m now using CF7 which isn’t great at all.
My thanks in advance.
Hi @Mattysdad,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on the android mobile chrome browser and it is displaying fine for me.
Could you please try clearing the browser cache?
Does it work fine for you using the default Twenty Nineteen theme?
Best regards,

Hi Guys.
Thanks for the response.
I switched it to 2019 and checked and it worked fine.
Then, after I switched back to Jevelin, it also worked fine!
Wow!!
Thank you so much!!
It’s fixed now!!!
Curiously, the whole thing broke again, but after I repeated the switch to 2019 and back again, it worked again!
I’m confused!
When you face the issue again then could you please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?
