As an alternate to the built-in mega-menu issue, I bought JetMenu Crocoblocks Mega Menu.
Won’t work either.
Any idea ? or alternative ?

We can confirm that the styling doesn’t work. It is strange as usually plugins don’t require any setup from the theme and work out of the box.
Can you please let us know what kind of features were missing from the theme’s default navigation?

We made some tests and found that the WP Mega Menu plugin works pretty well.
You can try that one and please let us know how that goes!
in the meantime I have chosen Max mega Menu, and it’s seems to be OK so far.
