Our site isn’t working since the update. We have tried installing Jevelin 4.7.1 that was in a previous thread, no luck. We have also tried adding code in the php file to fix it, but none of the media with animations are there.
When is the official update coming out? is this an issue with slider revolution? we need our site up ASAP.

Update: It is now working in Desktop, but not for mobile (most important)

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the Jevelin theme on your website and clear & temporarily deactivate the cache that you are using on your website.

Anything else I can do? our availability has gone out of the window now, and our ads useless.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
I can see some javascript errors are occurring on your website causing the issue.
Could you please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the sg-cachepress plugin that you are using on your website?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
removing the sg-cachepress seemed to fix the issue – many thanks!
I am now worried about if this happens again and our support runs out, will this be something that will not be fixed if our support runs out?

Also, slider revolution says I am not able to save any of my sliders with wp5.5 unless I update to the newest version, so I can’t edit the most important part of my site anymore… will jevelin provide us with the updated version of slider revolution?

After using the latest version of the Jevelin theme, you can update the slider revolution plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
