    <div>
I have purchased a Jevelin theme for one of my projects. I have imported a demo template for my app. I can see jevelin is using WPBakery Page Builder, I am trying to edit the demo page but I can not see page builder is loading the page always.

Also, I tried to deactivate the Page Builder and load the page, which shows clearly that there is some issue with the Page Builder itself.</div>
    <div></div>
<div>When I tried to register with the license on wpbakery, it says “license not found” as well as it’s not importing.

Can you please help me to get it resolved in priority.</div>

    Hi @shreysah_barot,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You don’t need to purchase and activate its license as the wpbakery page builder plugin comes bundled with the theme.

You can install it from the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

If you are already using the wpbakery page builder plugin then please delete it and install it from the above path.

If you still face any issue with the page then could you please share the page URL from your site where you are facing the issue so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response.

This has happened two times. The first time I tried with reinstalling it but again this is happening. I really don’t understand the issue.

I already created the pages designs not it is not working.

As you can see it’s not showing the website content. wpbakery is not allowing me to enter into the page.

Screenshot attached for the error that I’m getting.

Your shared website displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot so it seems you are only facing the issue when editing the page content.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
