Hi there, we have bought the theme and see this – we want to add to our website – on the preview @ https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/:
“Our Visual WorK ” there are 4 horizontal Portfolios – and beneath them there are 8 boxes with ‘Theme Highlights” – see attachments
How do we get those to our page – which elements and section setup should we use?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please use the sections and elements as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Alternatively you can also use whole home page template for your home page and then edit the sections and elements in it however you want as shown in the last attached screenshot.
