    Hi

Your Widget Shufflehound Recent Posts V2 is very good. It can show specific posts by IDs, the latests post or the reviews, but it is missing THE BEST function:

It should also Show the recent posts that are inside a specific category. (the latest from a category)

i know that you have Shufflehound Post Category widget but it displays items in a very different way. It’s not really comparable to the Recent Posts widget (that i really love because i can also choose the style here).

So Please help me to add the required code to the Recent Post Widget to add the Category Feature. I know where the file is located, i know how to open and edit it. I just need the code to add.

Please help me and include the new version of that widget inside the next theme update because i’m shure that people will appreciate it

also.. as i can see the theme can count the views.. So why don’t you add another widget (based on Recent Post) to show the most viewed posts of latest 7 days?

I think that both my requests are very usefull. Because it’s very important to show the most viewed (most interesting) contents in a sidebar to engage people and have even more views . Same thing for the “Latest post in a specific category”…

I’m building my new site based on Gillion theme, for now the demo is hosted here http://news.ispazio.net and i really need that function to customize the theme before to be able to launch it on the main site which is http://www.ispazio.net

I really hope and pray for an help from you

    Hi @fabiano1987,

I hope you are well today and thanks for feature requests.

We will consider these requests to be developed in the future version of theme.

Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

So to achieve it now, If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team
