    Hi,

I have a problem with loading blogposts on my homepage https://orangeflagmusic.com/

When you click on “meer berichten laden” the first posts that are appearing are the same as the posts already on the screen.

Is this supposed to be? I want to load directly the new (older) posts.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    William

    Hi William,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I visited your website and It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Please login to access this file

Please clear your website and browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi!

    Thanks for the quick response.
Sadly, it’s not working, also after updating the theme and clearing the cache (both in Chrome and Firefox).

Do you have any other solutions?

    Thanks,
    William

Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the Automptize cache that you are using on your website?

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I send you a private message.
    Did you receive it?

    No, I didn’t get it.

Could you please share it again and also send it on [email protected]

    Hi,

I shared it again en send an email to [email protected]

    Kind regards,
    William

I logged into your website and confirmed the issue.

I could confirm the issue on my test site that occurs when we do not set any Posts Limit in the Blog Posts Basic Settings, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

The issue will be fixed ASAP.
