The one-click install doesn’t work.
I’m trying to install “Creative,” but I receive the following error: Error: Not Found (404).

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try it again?
If it still doesn’t work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

I’ve asked for a refund. This theme isn’t functional.

Yes, we can see the issue in your shared screenshot and we agreed that it existed for some time which was a server issue but we resolved it immediately and now it is working fine now for the users.
