I receive the following error when trying to set up a menu using your theme:

<b>Warning</b>: sprintf(): Too few arguments in <b>/home/stevejabbamember/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php</b> on line <b>261</b>

You can see the error here:

    https://stevejabbamembers.club/

I am using the latest version of your theme, as far as I am aware.

I have searched for this problem and I note you have recommended to upgrade to latest version, which as far as I am aware, I have done.  I downloaded and paid for the latest version about 2 months ago.

Further I have attempted to install WP Bakery Page builder, as recommended.  I am directed to install an envato plugin for an additional $64 , which in my view is unfair.

Your theme should not display code errors unless you install another plugin. It should be sold as seen.

Can you recommend what to do. I do not like the idea of having to pay for another plugin just to make your theme work properly.

    Thanks.

OK I have tested this without being logged in, and the menu is not visible.

Cleared cache when logged in, and error is still there.

    Can you help?

    Hi @stevehutt,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please try clearing and temporarily disabling the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your site.

Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

    https://www.wikihow.com/Check-PHP-Version
    http://php.net/supported-versions.php

Further I have attempted to install WP Bakery Page builder, as recommended.  I am directed to install an envato plugin for an additional $64 , which in my view is unfair.

The WP Bakery Page Builder is bundled with the theme that you can use free of cost by installing it from Appearance -> Install Plugins

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

I have done everything as you suggested.

    WP Bakery installed

PHP upgraded AND applied to the site.

Even cleared cookies, cache, uninstalled W3 Total cache plugin.

Now the site throws up errors when attempting to navigate to

    http://stevejabbamembers.club/wp-admin/

If you refresh the page, it then redirects to wp-login.php as normal.

The https:// is no longer working, and the site is marked as “not secure”

The menu is not visible when logged in as admin, but IS visible when NOT logged in.

It’s generally not working at all now.

Is this a theme problem..Am I using the latest version?

My username is stevehutt75 in Envato. I downloaded and am using the version I paid for on 05th August, 2019.

    Thanks

    Steve

To check whether this is a theme problem, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

It works fine with Twenty Seventeen.

So, how do I fix it?

The theme I am using is the one I purchased from your company – GIllion.

    Thanks.

    Ok

As it is your site specific issue so would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Also, could you please share me the screenshots of the issues?

    Hi,

It’s actually not specific to my site.  This exact error is reported for your theme on this forum.  I tried the advice you suggested there. It didn’t work.

You will see the errors when you login, there is no need to do screenshots – duplicated effort.

I’ve attached login details in the private information field.

Thanks very much for your help.
