I install WPML to make a multi-language website. The menu is only fine in the Home page of English version but it is missing in the other language version and pages. How should I fix it?
Hi @JackLeung,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The web is still building. The url is: https://144.202.125.4/
I could confirm it on your shared site.
Please make sure you are translating menu correctly as described in the following pages or contact WPML support here https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

Also I can see HTTPS used on your site is not configured correctly and displays error so please make sure to use it correctly by following the information provided in the following pages.

Have you contacted the WPML support here https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/ to know why it is not working in the header menu?
I am still waiting for the reply. However, there is no problem when I activated the other theme. Only your theme has this problem.
Ok. If the plugin author provides us information about why this is happening with this theme then we can resolve it.
Hi Support Team,
I have contacted the WPML support team. They confirm that the problem is not about the WPML plugin but is about the theme. They check that the menu location cannot be copied to the translated pages. Can you help to debug? Thank you.
Best Regards,
Jack
Could you please ask them to describe “They check that the menu location cannot be copied to the translated pages” a bit more in detail as we don’t get any clue from this statement?
Hi Support Team,
The following is the forum that I contact with the wpml support.
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/missing-menu-on-translated-version/
I read the WPML support thread where they said “I need to escalate this to the developers to find the cause or a workaround for this.” so it would be great if they find the workaround but if not then it will be sufficient for us to resolve it if they tell us exact cause of the issue.
Hi Shufflehound Support Team,
The WPML support team have replied to the problem and invite you to debug the problem together. Please check the following link:

Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
Sure. Please kindly find the information for your reference.
