Hello!! I’m loving the theme but having some trouble on it’s content installation. I imported the Construction theme with it’s content, but when viewing the homepage some sections are missing, even thou they’re on the edition window.
Specifically the following sections are the ones showing blank:
- about us: key points about the company
- portfolio grid
- contact form

I visited your shared site and it displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Is the issue resolved now?
If not then please test it on different browser.
Also I can see you are using outdated version of PHP on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot so please update it to latest version by contacting your web host.

Shufflehound teamthank you!! that was it… I tried it on chrome and i displayed correctly, only safari doesn’t. I’ll update the php version and see if it improve.

We updated the php version but that sections are still not visible on safari. Is there something else we have to do?
Are you using latest version of safari browser?
Versión 9.1 (11601.5.17.1) and the demo on theme forest looks okay.
and in chrome, the contact form doesn’t show complete… as in the demo, the bottom part should stay on top of the footer. I’m attaching the view.
It seems the issue with portfolio content element not closing HTML tags correctly.
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile I have removed portfolio content element from your site.

Just confirming our 2 pending things:
- Make sure that the site work on safari also because some sections aren’t visible
- Solve the html tags on the portfolio in order to have visibility of the complete contact form

We don’t have any exact ETA for it but we are working on it and will provide you updated theme version ASAP.
It seems the latest theme version on your site resolved the issue.
