as some others, i have trouble with the gillion elements in wpbakery.
i try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin wpbakery from the theme installation function, but it didn’t work.
Can you help me please?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Your shared Htaccess Authentication is not working for me so please make sure that it is correct.
From when are you facing this issue?
Are you using the premium version of WPbakery plugin?

Shufflehound teamLast time i changed something with wpbakery was 2 months ago.
At that time, everything was ok.
I am using the version from the theme packet.
After some research i found the solution for my problem.
To update/reinstall the wpbakery plugin. I have to deactivate the cache plugin first. Then i had to uninstall the plugin ( v 6.0.3 ) and install the plugin from the theme ( v 6.0.2 )
The gillion elements works with 6.0.2 not with 6.0.3
But i have still a problem.
Is it possible that the shortcodes are not the same anymore?
I logged into your shared site and confirmed the issue but the Gillion elements are displaying in the Page builder as shown in the attached screenshot.
I am not sure what caused on your site to make all used Gillion elements display in the text block.
Could you please tell me what you have done recently on the site causing the issue?
I think i found the problem, but i need some time to check it.

like most changes with plugins, i test them on a copy of my site.
but it was the first time i try a plugin like this cache-plugin.
the plugin changed JS and CSS on my site.On my test-site i haven’t any problems with it. but i think, the plugin works over time and had some influence on my site.
what i did now,
1) i removed the cache-plugin
2) I reworked the page on which i use the gillion theme elements and had to remove some “unknown” css code in the syntax from the gillion theme elements. also i found this tag [vc_column_text] [/vc_column_text] witch i have removed.now, everything is ok.
