My ‘Partners’ element images keep appearing and disappearing when I refresh the page (see attached).

I could confirm the issue on your shared site.
Could you please clear & temporary disable the cache and pagespeed minification?
We’re not using cache except for php. No speed or cache plugins are installed.
Let me know what to do if I’m missing something.

You can see in on the below URL, the Jevelin theme CSS file is compressed by pagespeed. This may be because your hosting provider is using it by default so please contact your hosting provider.

The file should be uncompressed as following.
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/wp-content/themes/jevelin/style.css
We cleared and disabled cache.
Worked like a charm.
