    Hello again,

I got an email from Google saying my site is not mobile friendly. I started troubleshooting by uninstalling plugins and found that the “Unyson” plugin was to blame. It is “mobile friendly” without the Unyson plugin. I believe it is a required plugin for this theme.

The only problem is that when I uninstall the plugin, the page goes back to the default template (gillion logo and all) but still has my content towards the bottom of my page. I assume the page was created with Unyson, or at least one of the extensions.

Please see attached screenshots and let me know your thoughts. Thanks again!

    Hi @weswatkins,

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,

    Yes, it is http://www.thedronepage.com

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, it seems the issue caused by the Unyson page builder.

The Unyson plugin a theme required plugin but not a Unyson page builder so you can use any other page builder to create the pages.

It seems you have created your website homepage using the Unyson page builder so please create the same page using the WPBakery page builder to resolve the issue.

    Thanks for your response.

The website template I purchased was originally BUILT using Unysom and I shouldn’t have to rebuild it using a different editor to make it SEO friendly. The stock mobile version is not SEO friendly and is hurting my search results.

If I was aware of this then I wouldn’t have purchased the template in the first place.

I would like a refund please and you can disable my license key.

    Thanks

Even if you have created the pages using the Unyson page builder, you can resolve these issues by increasing the font size using the Unyson page builder or using theme Styling settings or using the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

You can request a refund from ThemeForest where you have purchased the theme.
