Hi There,
My website hasn’t been acting normal, I can’t edit and the formatting is off. Is this due to the Theme being outdated?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I think the pages on your site might have created using either Unyson page builder or WPBakery page builder so you can only edit those pages using these page builders but WordPress 5.0 came with Gutenberg editor as a default editor so you have to switch from Gutenberg editor to those editors using classic editor as described in the below pages.

That may be the reason why the editor is off, but any idea why all the page formatting and colors are off in the other screenshots? Images are missing and looks like it’s in Ipad mode with the layout of the text and images.

No worries I done as you suggested and the site has reverted back, thanks!
You might have switched the editor and saved the changes which damaged the page content so you have to either restore the old content if you have backup of it or create new page and its content.
