    I have uploaded the logo to the designated area in the customizer and the default logo of Jevelin is still appearing. I have tried to track the logo and delete it from its directory wp-content/2018/04/logo.png and the file does not exist there. However, the picture still appears. It is a mystery to me please help. In the attachment is how I uploaded my logo and the screenshot of how your logo still appears.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then you have to deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website.

     

    Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
