3. How do I make this a one page site. Each area a different menu button. like i click contact, it will go straight down to the contact form.

To achieve this you have to create anchor links on your site as described on the following pages.

For example for the contact form section the Menu URL should be http://greg.natasha-design.com/#heading-f3d2258266fce7eb91fde9f976eee374
