I’m having an issue with the “partner” slider. I’m trying to make the slider of the logo’s on homepage work. But as soon as I upload more than 5 images, the slider doesn’t show up at all. Can you help?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you are using below latest version of theme and latest version of Unyson plugin.
If you are still facing the issue then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

I could confirm the issue on your site but it is working fine on my test site.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?
Could you please try deleting and reinstalling the theme?
Are you using WordPress multisite?

So I didn’t change anything in the theme.
The only changes I’ve made are some CSS codes, here they are:

The slider is still not working and I haven’t heard from you…
Also, I just notice that even when I have 5 logos in the slider, it will show those 5 on my desktop, but on smaller screens (13 inches) it disappears.
Please help me make this work, I’m starting to get annoyed with the fact that regular basic things aren’t working and it’s taking forever for you guys to actually solve this issue…
I have notified the developer to look in to this issue.
He will reply here ASAP.

The developer troubleshooted the issue on your site but couldn’t find the solution and says that it could be hosting related as theme structure gets changed in a way it causes multiple issues like these one.
If you have another host then you can test it on the site hosted there.
We will continue to troubleshoot the issue but not sure whether and when it will be resolved as it is very specific and rare issue so if you want, to you can create a new refund request in Themeforest (https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new) and we will confirm it.
