    Hi,

    After install the theme, I have 2 messages.

    Installing and Activating Plugin MailChimp for WordPress (1/2)
    Downloading installation package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp.4.7.8.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin installation failed.

    Installing and Activating Plugin Envato Market (2/2)
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin installation failed.

    I returned to Plugins Installer and tried again to install this plugins but show me the same message… in both.

    Can you help me please what happen?

    Hi @DJBG,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    It seems you have already installed those plugins so please delete them before reinstalling them.

     

    If you don’t see them installed on the Plugins page then please remove the below plugins directory from your web server by accessing it using FTP or cPanel file manager.

     

    /customers/e/f/b/danielbuiles.co/httpd.www/projects/personal-trainer/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
    /customers/e/f/b/danielbuiles.co/httpd.www/projects/personal-trainer/wp-content/plugins/envato-market/
