Hey guys,
My site uses Jevelin Theme and the portfolio function. However, latest update broke the portfolio. When editing in WP Bakery, it works fine. But as soon as published, it doesn’t work.

Just to clarify, were you referring to the latest theme update or the latest WordPress update?

Hi there,
Both. There were updates for WordPress and Jevelin and I updated them to their latest versions. Although WP Bakery does have newer update, but I use the update from within Jevelin since I dont have it’s dedicated license.
Hello, any updates on this? I have renewed my support too and the site is not working as intended currently. Please help.
Hey guys, it’s almost 2 weeks since I filed this ticket and haven’t got a proper response. Please update me what is going on? I cant add portfolio to my site and my site is broken totally now.

We apologize for our late response.
We tested it on our demo site, and it was working fine. In the latest beta version, we have included the WPBakery Page Builder 7.8.
Please login to access this file
Please try upgrading to it and see if that fixes the issue. If not, we recommend disabling all other plugins except WPBakery and Redux or Unyson to see if that helps.
If it still doesn’t work, please check the login details you provided, as they no longer work. We will then try to debug this issue further.
